Steve Irwin Net Worth $40 Million

Nicknamed “The Crocodile Hunter,” Steve Irwin was an Australian wildlife expert, television personality and conservationist estimated to get a net worth of $40 Million at time of Death. He was born Stephen Robert Irwin on February 22, 1962 in Essendon, Victoria, Australia, to animal naturalist parents. His parents found the Queensland Reptile and Fauna Park, where he grew up around crocodiles and other reptiles. He was involved with the park, where he took part in daily animal feeding, together with with attention and maintenance actions. Ever since then, Irwin created himself together with the government of Queensland, working together with the country’s Crocodile Relocation Program. This entails the transfer and relocation of reptiles in appropriate localities in the most absolute humane, non-tranquilizing way. Such treatment of the reptiles is often executed in his television show The Crocodile Hunter’s Croc Files (1999). The television series, an internationally broadcast wildlife documentary, brought popularity to Steve Irwin as well as his wife, Terri Baines Irwin. Steve joined hand in hand with every experience and efforts in almost every episode. On September 4, 2006, then died after he was stabbed in the torso with a stingray barb while filming the underwater documentary film Ocean’s Deadliest near the Great Barrier Reef. The ship MY Steve Irwin of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society was named in his honor.
