Journey – Dead or Alive?

Jonathan Cain is an American musician and he’s got an estimated net worth of $30 million. He was born Jonathan Leonard Friga on February 26, 1950 in Chicago, Illinois. Jonathan began his accordion lessons at the age of eight. Jonathan added guitar, bass and harmonica to his listing of instruments in the next several years. Jonathan attended the Chicago Conservatory of Music before he went to Nashville, Tennessee for some time and afterwards to la, California to pursue a fulltime music career.

Cain has rolled up his estimated net worth of $30 million throughout his music career. He released his first record Windy City Breakdown in 1976 as the John Cain Band with the Bearsville Records. Cain later joined The Babys in 1979 and has appeared on their albums Union Jacks and On the Edge. Cain left the group in 1980 to join the rock band Journey and took the position of Gregg Rolie on the computer keyboards.

The band has been with three lead singers over time. He’s released eight more solo albums in his career.

Jonathan Cain was responsible for the band’s rise to the very top of the charts with his first collaborations on the album Escape, composing and playing the piano on the songs like Don’t Stop Believin’. His work was described as “one of the best opening keyboard riffs in rock” by Allmusic. Cain was likewise the only writer of the Journey classis Faithfully. He’s performed together with the band for the next seven years. Then Jonathan formed with the group Bad English with a combination of former Journey and The Babys members.
