As a tenor vocalist,bornRalph Edward Tresvant, Jrhas anet worth of $8 million dollars. He was among the lead singers in an R&B group known as New Edition, a group from Boston. Tresvant was born in Roxbury, Massachusetts the 16th of May, 1968. He started his singing career in 1983 with New Edition singing ‘cool It Now’, ‘If It isn’t love’ and ‘Candy Girl’. Bobby Brown, an associate of the group caused conflicts because of Ralph being chosen a lead singer and was voted out.

Tresvant left New Edition and started a solo career in 1989. He started singing with MCA Records. He released his self-titled record in 1990 which topped the R&B charts. The following year Travant Ralph’s song ‘YO Baby Yo’ appeared in a House Party 2 movie soundtrack.

In 1996, Tresvant reunited with some of New Edition members and released an album titled ‘Home Again’. The song was launched in September that same year. The record was very successful. In 7th March, 2006 Tresvant released another solo album titled ‘Rizz Wa Faire’. ‘My Homegirl’ was the initial single and video songs from this record. In 27th September, 2008, he started touring and performing with Johnny Gill and Bobby Brown under a brand new group referred to as Heads of State.

His song ‘susceptibility’, released in October, 2004, with a video game Grand Theft Auto; San Andreas. The song also played in CSR103-a popular R&B/soul radio station. His 1992 hit ‘Money Can’t Buy You Love’ was at the top three R&B chart. His songs remain popular and he’s an excellent ability in singing.
