Seann William Scott Bio/Wiki 2017

A native of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, Seann William Scott comes with an estimated net worth of $38 million. Understood in the halls of history as the smirking Stifler from the 1999 teen sex comedy American Pie, Seann William Scott found his market in show business expected in no small part to that quite iconic, wisecracking character. Within a couple of years of moving to the West Coast, Scott had an impressive set of appearances on his resum: though it’d be the character of Stifler that would cement his place in Hollywood.

He even appeared alongside martial arts legend Chow Yun-Fat in the tongue-in-cheek homage to the kung-fu genre with 2003’s Bulletproof Monk, and played the beloved character of Bo Duke in the feature movie version of The Dukes of Hazzard in 2005. The comedian also demonstrated that his keen comic timing didn’t consistently be determined by the smarmy jackass characters that functioned as his bread and butter, playing a touchy feely self help book writer (and former hopeless nerd) in 2007’s Mr. Woodcock. But Scott was never reluctant to do what he does best, as well as in 2008 he found a new, endearingly rough fast talker to play, starring alongside Paul Rudd in the super-sarcastic comedy Role Models.

1Often plays wild and idiotic characters.

1[on shooting Goon (2011)] We had tons of fights. We actually only got the rink at 11 o'clock at night, so we'd do all those fight scenes at three or four in the morning. It was brutal. Because it wasn't a big-studio budget, we never had any time to rehearse the fights and we did everything on skates. When there is a martial arts movie, they are choreographed three months before and and you'd do, like, three moves then cut. Here it would be a big thing like 'We're going to do right right, uppercut, then cross, hold on, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, throw him up against the glass and then knockout punch.
